摘要
利用模拟软件对碳铵液解吸塔系统进行了模拟计算 ,分析了影响解吸塔操作的主要因素 :理论板数、进料位置及温度、回流液温度和蒸汽用量等 。
The simulation calculation of ammonium carbonate desorption tower system has been made using the simulation software. The main factors effecting the desorption tower operation, such as theoretical tray number, feed position and temperature, reflux liquid temperature and steam consumption etc, have been analyzed, moreover the optimum process conditions have been also specified.
