摘要
介绍了烟酸的合成方法 ,即 :高锰酸钾氧化法、硝酸氧化法、氨氧化法及间接电合成法 ,评述了其优缺点及技术进展状况 ,并阐述了它在食品添加剂、医药及染料等方面的应用。
The synthetic methods of nicotinic acid such as potassium permanganate oxidation,nitric acid oxidation,ammoxidation and indirect electrolytic synthesis are introduced and their advantages,disadvantages and technical progress are reviewed. Meantimes, their applications on food additives,medicines and dyestuff are stated.
