摘要
以硫精矿为原料,经硝酸氧化,氨水中和,酸调pH值,煅烧,洗涤,过滤,烘干,研细制备得高纯氧化铁;探讨了氨水中和终点与金属杂质的去除问题。
High Purity ferric oxide red was prepared from sulphur concentrate after the following steps: nitric acid oxidizing the concentrate; filtering and neutralizing the filtrate with ammonia water; filtering and the filter cake being transferred to a flask; adding certain acid into it; filtering and roasting the filter cake to give raw product, ferric oxide; washing it with sodium carbonate and distilled water successively; filtering, drying and grinding the filter cake to give the end product, high - purity ferric oxide. The neutralization end and decontamination of the metal purity such as Zn, Cu were also discussed.
