摘要
改进了磷酸三异丁酯的合成方法,考察了合成工艺条件对产品收率的影响,确定了适宜的合成工艺条件。实验结果表明,n(三氯氧磷):n(异丁醇)=1.0:3.9,65~70℃反应3~4h,产品收率85%、纯度99%以上。
In this paper the synthetic technology of tri - iso - butyl phosphate was improved. The influences of the ratio of reactants and reaction temperature and reaction time were studied and technological conditions were optimized. When the optimal conditions were that n (phosphorus oxychloride):n (iso - butyl alcohol) was 1.0:3.9, reaction temperature was 338 - 343 K, and reaction time was 3 - 4 h, the yield of the product was 85% , and the purity of the product was over 99%.
