浅谈开滦矿区炼焦煤集中入洗的可行性

Preliminary Discussion on the Feasibility of Collective Cleaning of Coking Coals Produced within Mine Area

论述了当前开滦矿区炼焦煤洗选加工方面存在的深层次问题 ,在此基础上提出了跨矿配煤、集中入洗的方案 ;对按煤种、硫分、可选性配煤后集中入洗的可行性进行了理论分析 ,提出了实际运行方案以及可能存在的问题和困难 ,估算了经济效益 ,并提出进一步论证的建议。

In depth problems confronted in coking coal cleaning in Kailuan mine area discussed, on which option for blending raw coals across mines followed by collective cleaning proposed. The feasibility of collective coal cleaning according their species, sulfur content and washability theoretically analyzed; option for its practical operation given; possible problems and difficulties confronted anticipated; economic benefit evaluated; and further exposition proposed.
