Taking Tangshan Terminal at Beijing Tangshan Harbor as an example, five effective measures for enforced management of coal quality discussed, which are: organization of coal arrival; coal quality management at the terminal; coal quality control in the course of coal loading; monitoring and inspection of coal quality at terminal; and service after sale.
