摘要
目的 讨论选择性激光烧结技术 (Selective L aser Sintering简称 SL S)的理论和应用 .方法 根据选择性激光烧结技术的特点 ,介绍了它在金属零件和模具的快速铸造和直接制造中的应用 .结果 选择性激光烧结技术在金属零件和模具的制造中具有一定的优势 .结论 选择性激光烧结技术由于其材料选择范围宽及材料可重复使用 。
Aim\ To discuss the principle and applications of selective laser sintering technology. Methods\ According to the characteristic of selective laser sintering technology, the applications in the production of metal parts and dies are introduced. Results\ Selective laser sintering technology has certain properties and advantages in the production of metal workpieces and die. Conclusion\ As species of materials are very wide and they can be used repeatedly, selective laser sintering technology will be a broad prospective technology of production.
