摘要
目的 研究以庚醛和原甲酸三乙酯为原料制备庚醛二乙缩醛的工艺条件 .方法 通过正交实验确定优化工艺条件 .结果 确定了最佳工艺条件 ,在该工艺条件下 ,庚醛二乙缩醛的收率达 95 %以上 .结论与其他催化剂相比 ,采用硫酸氢钠作催化剂 ,后处理简单 ,收率高 .
Aim\ Enanthal diethyl acetal is prepared with heptaldehyde and triethyl orthoformate as raw materials. Methods\ Optimal reaction conditions were drawn from orthogonal experiments. Results\ The best technology was concluded to yield over 95% of enanthal diethyl acetal. Conclusions\ By contrast, with sodium hydrogen sulfate as catalyst, simple later disposal and higher yield are the major advantages.
