摘要 为了解决辽宁省中小型农用泵站运行效率低、设备老化严重等问题,以“洋河闸站”为试点工程,设计了泵站运行自动监控系统。该系统以监控器的方式组成,可与泵站设备同步运行,在线监控并远程通讯;也可切换退出,使泵站按原有的电气控制模式运行,不受监控。运行几年来效果良好,并在省内其它灌区泵站改造中推广应用,取得了良好的效果。文中介绍了泵站自动监控系统的组成原理及其在“洋河闸站”泵站运行监控中的应用过程,给出了监控效果分析。 A automatic Survey and Control System of Yanghe Sluice Station is designed, to solve the problem of low efficiency and serious aging of equipments for the small and middling agriculture pumping station of Liaoning. This system is applied by the installation of monitor and control which can work with the pumping station equipment at the same time. Monitor and control is on-line and can be long range communication. And it also can be terminated without any effect to the old system. The status of working is always very well during these years, and it has been extended in other flooding area of Liaoning province with good result.
