上海化学工业区漕泾泵站担负着化学工业区防洪季节的排涝重任,是国际国内首家采用10kV高压大型潜水电泵的泵站,因其休闲季节长,为确保防洪季节能及时顺利地开机,需对潜水电机的绝缘电阻进行监控。文中详细介绍了HDS-1大型高压潜水电机静态绝缘电阻监控仪的功能、原理、试制、试验、现场使用效果等方面的内容。本项产品的成功开发与运用为潜水电泵的大型化发展解决了一项重大难题,做出了重要贡献。
Shanghai Chemical Industry District Caojing Pump-station is responsible for the flood-preventing responsibilities in flood seasons. It's the first pump-station to use 10 kV high voltage large-sized submersible motor-pumps in the world. Because the leisure time is long, there needs to monitor the insulating resistance of the submersible motors to assure the successful operation in flood seasons. This article introduces the function, principle, manufacture, test and result at site of the HDS-1 Large-sized Submersible Motor-pump Static Insulating Resistance Monitor in detail. The successful design, manufacture and use of the monitor, solves one of the difficult problem to develop large-sized submersible motor-pumps.
