摘要
介绍了连铸结晶器液位控制系统中FUZZY PID的设计和应用。该系统利用模糊控制运算结果来调节PID控制器的放大系数Kp,使Kp始终在理想的范围内 ,以充分发挥模糊控制和PID控制各自的优越性。另外 ,除液位变量外 ,还考虑了浇铸速度设定值、实际浇铸速度以及塞棒的实际位置等变化因素的影响 ,提高了动态控制水平 。
The design and application of FUZZY PID in level control of continuous casting crystallizer are introduced. In this system, the amplifying factor Kp of the PID controller is adjusted by the operation result of fuzzy control, thus the factor Kp is keeping in ideal range. The control scheme made the most of the advantages of both fuzzy control and PID control. In addition,to enhance the dynamic control level and anti interference capability, besides of level variable, the influence of varying factors, e.g., the speed setting of continuous casting, the practical casting speed and the real position of blocking rod etc., are also considered.
