昆钢2000m^3高炉PHD上位计算机系统应用

摘要 昆钢 2 0 0 0m3高炉炼铁优化操作计算机系统由 1台PHD服务器和 3台PHD工作站组成 ,与TDC30 0 0一起构成全厂一体化自动化系统 ,通过各种数学模型与管理软件模块 ,在线全方位参予炼铁生产的技术分析、工艺计算、炉况判断、系统优化、生产统计、成本管理等项工作。该系统在线运行以来改善了 6 #高炉的技术经济指标 。 The computer optimization system of 2000m 3 blast furnace iron smelting in Kunming Iron & Steel Works is composed of one of PHD server and 3 of PHD workstations. The system and TDC3000 formed the plant wide integrated automation system. Through various mathematical models and management software modules the system involved all of the areas related to the iron smelting production, i. e., technical analysis, technique calculation, furnace status judgment, system optimization, production statistics, cost management, etc.. Since the system has been put in on line operation, the technical and economic specification of the 6th blast furnace is greatly improved.
