介绍一种新型传感器接口IC ,即MAX14 5 7电路。该电路是一个高精度、混合信号、线性化前端器件 ,采用二种补偿方法 :一是模拟方式 ,由 2个DAC补偿一阶温度误差 ;二是数字方式 ,采用多段 (多达 12 0段 )逼近方法校正残余的高阶误差。经实际补偿试验 ,MAX14 5 7电路可将传感器输出范围调整在 0 5~ 4 5V ,并且在很宽的温度范围内将增益和失调误差限制在 0
A new interface IC,i.e.,MAX1457, for transducer is introduced. The integrated circuit is a highly precision hybrid signal linearizatoin front end device. The circuit adopts two compensation methods, one is analog; the first order temperature error is compensated by two of DAC, another one is digital; the remain high order error is corrected by multple sections (up to 120 sections) approachihg method. The practical compensation experiment shows that MAX1457 can adjust the output range of transducers into 0.5~4.5V, and in a wide temperature range limit the gain and maladjustment error within 0.1%.
