摘要
法官在“依法治国” ,实现法制中举足轻重。本文针对法官应具备的思想业务素质 ,指出在我国现有法官队伍中存在“素质低下”的现象 ,分析造成这种现象的原因 ,提出了改进措施。
A judge plays an important role in a law governing country. The article pointed out a 'low quality' phenomena among judges, and provided an analysis of the causes of this phenomena and measures to take. A profound thinking on how to improve the judges is presented.
