摘要
整治偷袭剽窃、低水平重复、学术评审失去公正等学术腐败现象的措施 ,一是夯实道德根基 ;二是重在制度创新 ;
Measures against academic corruption such as plagiarism, low level duplication, dishonesty in assessment have laid a solid foundation of professionalism, encouraged creativeness through a perfected system and fighting corruption with the law, and promised to restore academic trutfulness.
