摘要
评价教师讲课质量是一项复杂的工作 ,不同的评价者 (如教学管理干部、教师、学生 ) )对教师讲课质量的评价存在较大差异。本文通过 3 3名中青年教师讲课比赛成绩分析 ,提出了影响教师讲课质量的相关因素及解决办法。
To evaluate qualities of lecturing is complicated due to the compartively great differences between different estimators (including administrators, teachers and students). Relevant factors are determined and several solutions are suggested in this article based on an analysis of achievements of thirty three young and middle aged teachers.
