珠江三角洲富裕农村地区的“主观剩余劳动力”问题研究——以广州市海珠区瑞宝村为个案

An Inquiry into"Subjective Surplus Labor"in the Developed Areas of the Pearl River Delta——Ruibao Village of Haizhu District of Guangzhou City as a case

本报告将从珠江三角洲富裕农村的"主观剩余劳动力"现状及其负面影响切入,以广州市瑞宝村为个案,从点到面,透析整个珠江三角洲富裕农村产生"主观剩余劳动力"的原因,并提出我们的建议及对策。

Based on the analysis of the data obtained from field study of Ruibao village in Guangzhou city, which is a typital developed village in the pearl River Delta,the author fistly state the torrent situations and negative influences of 'subjective surplus labor'.Then the outhor try to figure out the causes of such surplus. Some further suggestions for policy formulations will be provided in the last part of the essay.
