中国古代的廉政法制建设

The construction of cleanhanded legal system in ancient China

中国古代官僚机器异常发达,从而造就了庞大的官僚队伍,为了形成上行下效、井然有序的统治秩序,统治者精心设计了一整套整肃百官、巩固集权的法律体系。尽管由于君主专制体制自身的弊端,使得惩贪肃贿之法很难有效地发挥作用,但却在当时对整个东方乃至世界产生了巨大的影响。本文通过对中国古代的廉政法制建设详述,旨在借鉴古代廉政法制建设的经验教训,希望以此对当前反腐倡廉法制建设有所促进。

In andent China,the bureaucratic machine was in good working,and it created a troop of bu- reaucrats.To keep the rule in order,the ruler designed a set of legal system which can rectify all of the bu- reaucrats and strenghthen the authority.Although an autocratic monarchy had many abuses in itself and the law which to punish the bribery and corruption was in bad working,the legal system caused a great effect on the East and even the whole world.By narrating the constrction of cleanhanded legal system in ancient China fully,I hope we can draw lessons from it and promote our present construction of cleanhanded legal system.
