摘要
OEM 现象的出现并非偶然,本文从价值链角度分析这一现象并讨论了企业如何培养核心竞争力的问题,在此基础上发展了"木板模式"。文章最后提出了中国企业建立"木板模式"的若干方法。
it's not by chance for the occurance of OEM.This article tries to explain OEM phenomenon from a supplying-chain angle.and it develop a board modal based on how to build up core competibility in outer- prises.Finally it set suggestions on how to establisha board modal in Chinese enterprises.
