摘要
通过研究深孔尺寸及其形状误差在线自动综合测量的基本理论,给出一种新的误差分离方法。用此方法,能够在测量过程中将被测深孔工件尺寸及形状误差与工件的回转运动误差、测头的直线运动误差分离开来。而且在进行误差分离的同时,能精确确定被测表面各点的三维坐标,建立起各项被测参数的数学模型,并研制成功由微机实时数据处理的深孔在线综合测量系统。实验结果表明,该测量系统的基本理论正确,测量结果准确可靠。
This paper focuses on the fundamental theory about the on-line automatic comprehensive measurement of size-form errors of deep hole.The research herein reported advances a new error separation method.By using the method,the size-form errors of the workpiece to be measured can be separated from the rotational error of the workpiece and the translational error of the sensors,at the same time every point's three dimension coordinates on the m(?)sured surface and the mathematical models of the measured parameters can be founded precisely,and the on-line measuring system with a microcomputer immediate data processing system has been founded successfully.The testing results indicate that the measuring system is based on the correct theory and has a high measuring accuracy and reliability.
