摘要
结合当前消费类电子商务发展现状及趋势,通过描述相关技术和能实现的功能及可行性,提出构建消费类电子商务网站应注意的几点建议。其中,重点分析了商品智能导购和客户关系管理。
Combined with the status and trend of electronic commerce of Business-to-Customer, several points about how to build a Business-to-Customer Website are put forward through describing relative techniques and feasibility. Intellectual Guide and Customer Relation are emphatically analyzed in this article.
