摘要
CS(CustomerSatisfaction) ,ES(EnterpriserSatisfaction) ,是饭店业先后提出的经营口号 ,二者紧密联系。ES是内在动力源泉 ,而CS是外部作用力量。只有通过两者相辅相成的作用 ,才能创建一流饭店企业 。
Customer satisfaction and enterpriser satisfaction are slogans for hotel management. They both are closely related. Enterpriser satisfaction is an internal motive and customer satisfaction is an external force. Both CS and ES help build a first class hotel and meet the needs of the hotel and its employees.
