摘要
邓小平理论体系中蕴涵着丰富的反腐倡廉法律思想。从法理学的角度揭示其理论和实践价值 ,探究腐败滋生蔓延的原因机制 ,阐释反腐倡廉的指导思想 ,强调法制在惩治腐败中的应有地位 。
Deng Xiao-ping's theory contains thoughts of law on fighting against corruption. It should be studied from the jurisprudential angle to find out what causes corruption and interpret Deng's thought of fighting against corruption and stress the role of legal system in the fight against corruption.
