Abstract The design and manufacture of a SMA RF coaxial connector are discussed and some measurement results of voltage standing wave ratio of a sealed socket SMA-socket SMA made by oneself are given. The measurement results show that the main indexes set in the millitary standard of U.S.A and assignment have been attained. The product not only meets the needs of part of customers, but also fills in a gap in the field of connector at home.
