本文简述了对热电结合工程做国民经济评价的必要性及有关问题的处理;给出了热电工程国民经济评价的电子计算机方法,并介绍了所开发的软件的功能、结构和主要框图;最后通过了实例计算。
A computerized method for evaluation of heat and electricity producing projects in terms of national economy is presented and applied to an actual project.Both performance and structure are described in detail.
