江总书记“三个代表”的核心是代表广大人民的根本利益。工会组织要在学习和实践“三个代表”的过程中,在维护广大人民群众整体利益的基础上维护职工群众的具体利益。具体利益是客观存在的,它和整体利益的关系是辩证统一的。因此必须正确认识并妥善处理好职工的具体利益。

To present the fundamental interests of the broad masses of the people is the core of the 'Three Representatives' put forth by President Jiang Zemin. Studying and practising the 'Three Representatives', the trade union should safeguard the concuete interests of the employees on the basis of maintenance of their overall interests. The concrete interests are objective and their relationship with overall interests is dialectical unity. So they must be correctly understood and properly handled.
