摘要
双_1,3,4_口恶二唑化合物可作为染料、紫外吸收材料、荧化材料、电子传输材料 ,具有生物活性 .目前 ,它可以由酰肼在POCl3 ,PPA或PPMA等脱水剂的作用下脱水制得 ,也可由双四唑直接加热脱氮制得 .应用测定熔点、UV、荧光发射光谱、IR等检测方法 。
Bi_1,3,4_oxadiaxoles can be used as dye stuffs,UV absobing and fluorescent materials,with biological activites.Now it can be both synthesized from the cyclization of N,N'_diakanoyl diacyl hydrazides in presence of phosphours oxychloride,PPA or PPMA and produced by way of heating tetrazole directly.The chemistry and physical properties of this group of compounds may be determined by using methods of m.p,UV absorption,FL spectra,IR spectra.
