摘要
提出了一种测量气固两相流流量的方法———峰值渡越时间法 ,即利用一流团流过上下游两个传感器时所引起的输出时间差来测流速 ,并利用 80 98单片机予以实现 ,同时给出了噪声发生器对比试验结果 .结果表明 ,用峰值渡越时间法测量柱塞状流体流量 ,响应时间不超过 1s ,精度可达 1% .
In this paper,a new method for measuring solid_gas phase flow rate--flight time of peak is given by the difference of output time caused by a flow passing up_stream and down_stream sensor,and it is implemented with 8098 microcomputer,meanwhile,the results of contrast test of a noise generator is given,which show that when a flow of the liquid in the form of plunger is measured by this method its response time is less 1 s,and its accuracy is up to 1%.
