民宅渗漏一直是困扰居民和建设部门的难题 ,本文对多个住宅小区 ,如绿色智慧城、明达开发小区、山南地区等进行调查 ,分析了民用住宅外窗台、屋面泛水等渗漏的原因 ,提出应从材料选用、施工质量。

Leakage has been a hard problem to the building department and population.An investigation into some residental disctricts,such as Green intelligent city,Mingda developing district and Shannan disctric is made,the leakage causes are analyzed and the way to solve it is given that is selection of suitable materials,enhancement of construction quality and improvement of services.
