为深化企业内部分配制度改革 ,安钢对实行多年的岗位技能工资的运行原则及管理方法进行了调整 ,实施岗效工资。阐述了安钢实施岗效工资的理论依据。
To deepening the reform of inner distribution system in Anyan Iron and Steel Group Ltd., the salary delivered according to the skill and post was replaced by the profit and post.
