介绍了知识管理的目标、职能及产生的原因 ;简要论述了知识管理在国外发展的概况 ;并指出知识管理的应用将显著提高我国企业的信息化水平 ,从而提高企业竞争力。
In this text,target,funtion and using reason of knowledge management are introduced.Moreover,general situation of its developments at home and abroad is discussed.Finally,it points out that utilization of knowledge management will enhance the level of information management and competitive ability of enterprises
