本文提出了一种轮辐式三向切削力传感器,并结合一车削力传感器的设计对这种传感器的工作原理、结构及设计计算方法给予讨论和分析。设计结果表明。这是一种可用于多种切削加工中的较理想切削力传感器结构形式。
This transducer-used type of dynamometer is used for measuring the three components of cutting force.The principle, structure and design procedure of the dynamometer are discussed and analyzed.The results of analysis and calculation indicate that this type of dynamometer is suitable for measuring forces in various cutting processes and its structure is satisfactory.
