8090铝锂合金疲劳裂纹扩展行为与裂纹闭合效应 被引量:3

GROWTH BEHAVIOR OF FATIGUE CRACKS AND CRACK CLOSURE EFFECT IN 8090 ALUMINIUM-LITHIUM ALLOY

摘要 采用CT试样研究了8090铝锂合金疲劳裂纹扩展行为与裂纹闭合效应。根据da/dN、k_(op)、⊿k_((?)ff)、⊿k_((?)ff)/⊿k与⊿k的关系,提出了裂纹扩展机制,发现在不同阶段裂纹扩展行为的差异系因闭合效应的变化,裂尖后方的闭合长度对裂纹扩展行为有重大影响。 The growth and closure characteristics of fatigue cracks were studied by using CT type specimens in 8090 Aluminium-Lithium alloy. The mechanisms of the growth behavior, kop, keff, keff/ k with k. It was founded that the differences in the behavior of crack growth in different stages came from the variation of their closure behavior. The closure length behind the crack tip has a great influence upon the crack growth behavior.
