社会科学研究成果应用与转化率不高 ,既有历史和认识上的问题 ,也有管理上的问题。建立以市场供需为基础的社会科学应用与转化机制 ,充分发挥社会科学的市场机制、目标机制、立项机制、评价机制、推广机制和奖励机制的机能 。
The inefficiency of application and conversion of social sciences study results from historical or knowledgerial mechanism or managerial problems. So it is necessary to establish an operational mechanism to give full play to marketing mechanism, object mechanism, project contracting mechanism, evaluation mechanism, popularization mechanism and reward mechanism of social sciences to help promote the application and conversion the results of social sciences research.
