摘要
21世纪人才最重要的能力是创造力 ,培养创造力已经成为当代教育的根本目的。本文依据知识经济时代的特点以及国内外心理学家、创造学家的若干观点 ,就创造力的构成要素提出新的观点和创造力的计算公式 。
Creativity is the most important ability of the talents in the 21th century. The development of creativity has become the essential goal of modern education. Based on the characteristics of the times of knowledge economy and theories of phychologists and creativitists at home and abroad, suggests a new view on the key elements of creativity, a formula of creativity and a way to develop college students' creativity.
