丘迟从举秀才后到入梁前的行事史传记载不详。本文列举史料中南齐皇室成员西中郎将任职的相关情况,发现谱主任西中郎参军在齐永明九年,由此确定谱主居父丧的时间是齐永明九年至隆昌元年。通过谱主的其他活动确定他居母丧大致在齐建武四年至齐永元二年,从而基本确定谱主一生的行事。

On historical records,there is a brief introduction about Qiuchi`s activities,especially during the period from his being a scholar to the estabilishment of Liang Dynasty.This essay lets to know the time when he became a staff officer of West-ZhongLang-General,then it determines the time when he kept vigil for his father.According to the analysis of other historical data,this essay approximately proves the time when he kept vigil for his mother.In this way,we can learn the main activities in Qiu chi`s life.
