Ethical Reflection on Development of Science and Technology

科学技术与人类的生存发展息息相关,它不仅给人类的生存和发展带来巨大福祉,也让人类的持续发展面临困境。要消除科技发展对生态环境和人类自身的负面影响,必须变革指导科技发展的伦理观念。弱式人类中心论的生态觉悟既着眼于人类的主体地位,又注重人与自然的关系、人类的群己关系和代际关系,为科技发展合理的伦理依据。

Science and technology is closely bound up with human existence and promotion.While blessing human being,it brings mankind into dilemma of incessant development.In order to banish science and technology's negative effort on eco-environment and human itself,we must change the guiding ethical idea of science and technology.Ecological consciousness of weak-anthropocentrism not only bears human centric statue in mind,but also emphasizes the relation between mankind and nature,the relation between individual and the whole,the relation between generations,hence provides reasonable ethical basis for the development of science and technology.
