文献资源建设是高等院校文献保障体系的重要任务之一,也是一所高校得以存在与发展的重要前提之一。但是,处于网络化、信息化、一体化的时代,没有区别与没有特色的图书馆不仅属于重复建设的巨大浪费,而且更重要的是在信息交换中显示不出任何优势,从而在整体的网络化中失去自己的存在位置,特色文献建设已成为不可逆转的发展方向。

Document establishment is an important task to build universities' document safeguard system. It is an important prerequisite for a university to develop, too. At an age of web, information and integration, establishing an library without distinction and characteristic is great waste, and it make library lost its advantages in the information exchange. So establish document becomes necessary.
