摘要
目的 通过猪苓菌核与蜜环菌共生过程中不同部位糖类成分的含量测定 ,明确蜜环菌对猪苓菌化学成分的影响 ,为进一步阐明二者的相互作用关系和指导猪苓菌核的合理采收提供科学依据。方法 采用高效液相分析法 (HPLC)。结果 蜜环菌侵染的猪苓菌核部位和 4年生菌核糖类成分含量高于其它部分。结论 蜜环菌的侵染不但促进了猪苓菌核的繁殖和生长 。
OBJECTIVE: To reveal the influence of Armillaria mellea on the content of sugar in different parts of Grifola umbellata sclerotium, and that will supply the information for understanding the symbiotic relationship between the two fungi and get a reasonable time for collecting sclerotium. METHODS: The content test of sugar was carried out by HPLC. RESULTS: The sugar content was higher in the parts of Grifola umbellata sclerotium penetrated by Armillaria melea rhizomorph than that of other parts of sclerotium. CONCLUSION: Penetrating of Armillaria melea to the Grifola umbellata sclerotium not only improved the growth of sclerotium, but also stimulated its high content of sugar.
