摘要 目的 探讨两亲型可生物降解材料聚乙二醇 聚谷氨酸苄酯 (PEO PBLG)为载体制备萘普生核 壳型纳米胶束。方法 阴离子聚合制备载体 ;超微透析法制备胶束 ,透射电镜观察形态 ,动态光散射测定粒径 ;考察胶束的体外释药特性。结果 不同分子量材料制备的载药胶束平均粒径分别为 12 3.6和 192 .0nm ,含药量为 16 .9%和 2 3.7%。体外释放速率受介质的影响 ,介质为pH7.4的释放曲线方程为Q =1.893t+2 17.7,r =0 .9919。结论 PEO PBLG核 OBJECTIVE: To investigate the preparation technology of naproxen loaded core-shell type nano-micelles which were made by the biodegradable amphiphilic poly (ethylene glycol)-poly(γ-benzyle-L-glutamate)(PEO-PBLG). METHOD: The micelles were prepared by the diafiltration method. Its morphology was observed by transmission electron microscope. The micelles size and distribution were examined by dynamic light scattering. The in vitro naproxen release behaviors from micelles were determined in different pH medium. RESULTS: The mean diameters of the micelles with different molecular weight copolymer were 123.6 nm and 192.0 nm respectively. The entrapment efficiencies were 16.9% and 23.7% respectively. The release at pH7.4 medium was expressed by following equation: Q = 1. 893 t + 217.7, r = 0. 991 9. CONCLUSION: The nano-micells of PEO-PBLG copolymer with core-shell structure can be used as a new carrier for sustained and controlled release drug systems.
