毛细管气相色谱法测定党参中有机氯类农药残留量 被引量:36

摘要 目的 对党参中残留 12种有机氯农药的毛细管气相色谱测定方法的研究。方法 采用FDA方法提取、硫酸磺化后 ,以不分流进样方式 ,用DB 1弹性石英毛细管柱 ,经柱程序升温技术分离 ,并用电子捕获检测器检测 ,外标法计算含量。结果 三水平的平均回收率为 80 .1%~ 10 3.8% ,RSD为 0 .5 2 %~ 6 .2 1% ;被测样品中均含有不同程度的农药残留。结论 本方法快速、简便、准确、具有良好的通用性 ,可用于党参中 OBJECTIVE: To determine the residues of 12 organochlorine pesticides in Codanopsis piosula by capillary gas chromatography with electron capture detector (CGC-ECD). METHOD: The samples were extracted by FDA method. The capillary column was DB-1(30 m × 0.25 mm × 0.25 μm). The injector temperature was 250°C and the detector temperature was 280°C. The column temperature program was initial temperature 150°C, with the increase rate of 15°C&middotmin-1 to 180°C (hold 1min), 10 °C&middotmin-1 to 210°C (hold 2 min), and 15 °C&middotmin-1 to 240°C (hold 10min). The pesticide residues were calculated by external standard method. RESULTS: The average recoveries and RSD ranged from 80.1% to 103.8% and 0.52% to 6.21% respectively, at three spiked mixed organochlorine pesticide levels. CONCLUSION: The method was easy and had good separation and repeatability.
