复方左炔诺孕酮治疗功能性子宫出血18例

Treatment of 18 Cases of Dysfunctional Uterine Bleeding with Compound Levonorgestrel

目的 :观察小剂量复方左炔诺孕酮对不同类型功能性子宫出血治疗效果 ,同时了解其用药过程对克山病区妇女所特有的机体内环境的影响。方法 :功能性子宫出血患者 18例 ,依类型不同 ,不同给药方法 ,小剂量治疗 3个月 ,用药前后严密观察血压、血常规、血糖变化 ,治疗效果、药物副作用和撤药性出血量的多少 ,停药后随访 3个月。结果 :显效 16例 (88.9%) ,有效 1例 (5 .6%)。结论 :复方左炔诺孕酮治疗克山病区妇女功能性子宫出血 ,止血迅速 ,安全有效 。

Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of small dose of compound levonorgestrel in the treatment of different types of dysfunctional uterine bleeding and to seek for a safe and effective method for treating patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in endemic regions of Ke shan disease . Methods:18 patients with various types of dysfunctional uterine bleeding were submitted accordingly to different small dose compound levonorgestrel therapeutic schemes. The course of treatment lasted for 3 months. The patients' blood pressure, blood routine, changes in blood sugar level, the curative and side effects of the remedy, and the amount of withdrawal bleeding before and 1 or after the treatment were kept under close observation. A 3 month follow up survey was made after the termination of the treatment. Results:The results in 16 patients (88.9%) were scored as very effective, while that of 1 patient (5.5%) , effective. Conclusion:Application of the compound levonorgestrel in the clinic and family planning to treat patients with dysfunctional uterine bleeding in endemic regions of Ke shan disease is highly recommended owing to the quick and safe hemstatic effect of the remedy.
