克霉唑阴道片治疗念珠菌阴道炎120例

Treating Candidal Vaginitis with Clotrimazole: a Report of 120 Cases

目的 :探讨克霉唑阴道片治疗念珠菌阴道炎的疗效。方法 :用克霉唑阴道片治疗念珠菌阴道炎 12 0例 ,分为初发组 80例及复发组 40例 ,初发者给药 1次 ,复发者连用 2次 ,2次用药间隔 1周。结果 :克霉唑阴道片治疗念珠菌阴道炎总有效率 97.2 %。症状完全缓解时间短 ,平均 3d。结论 :克霉唑阴道片用药方法简单 ,无局部刺激症状 ,初发者单剂量应用基本无复发 。

Objective:To observe the efficacy of clotrimazole in the treatment of candidal vaginitis. Methods:120 cases of candidal vaginitis were recruited and divided into two groups: the first onset group (group FO) and the relapse group (group R). For those in group FO, clotrimazol was administered only once, while for those in group R clotrimazole administered once a week for a consecution of 2 weeks. Results:Significant improvement was achieved in 97.2% of the cases. A complete relief of symptoms was observed in an average of 3 days in the cases studied. Conclusion:Using clotrimazole is simple to apply for treating candidal vaginitis. Relapse was very rare in those with a first onset of the disease treated with a single use of clotrimazole.
