普伐他汀对肾移植术后患者血胆固醇等的影响

The Effect of Pravastatin on Cholestrol and Triglycerides in Patients after Renal Transplantation

目的 :观察普伐他汀对肾移植术后患者血胆固醇、三酰甘油水平的影响 ;方法 :2 3例肾移植术后患者 ,服用普伐他汀前及 3个月后同时测定患者的环孢素、胆固醇及三酰甘油 ,用SPSS 8.0t检验进行统计学处理。结果 :在服用普伐他汀 3个月后 ,总胆固醇水平、三酰甘油水平分别为 5 .83± 0 .96,7.0 4± 0 .74,P <0 .0 1和 1.82± 0 .3 1,2 .0 6± 0 .3 6,P<0 .0 5。结论 :普伐他汀是一种较安全可靠的药物 。

Objective:To evaluate the effect of pravastatin on cholesterol and triglycerides in patients underwent renal transplantation. Methods:In this study we observed 23 patients underwent renal transplantation. All the patients were examined with regard to their plasma levels of cyclosporin A, cholesterol and triglyceride before and 3 months after the administration of pravastatin. The data were analyzed with SPSS8.0 T test. Results:There was a significant difference when comparing the plasma levels of cholesterol and triglycerides before and after the administration of pravastatin ( P <0.01 and P <0.05, respectively). Conclusion: pravastatin could be a effective means to control the level of cholesterol and triglycerids.
