氟罗沙星治疗细菌性感染62例

The Efficacy and Safety of Fleroxacin Glucose Injection in Treatment of Bacterial Infections

目的 :观察氟罗沙星葡萄糖注射液治疗细菌感染性疾病的临床疗效及安全性。方法 :选取呼吸道感染患者 3 0例及尿路感染患者 3 2例 ,给予氟罗沙星 0 .2～ 0 .4g ,静脉滴注 ,qd ,疗程 7～ 14d。结果 :氟罗沙星治疗呼吸道感染的有效率 93 .3 %,治疗尿路感染的有效率 96.9%,患者均未出现严重的不良反应。结论 :氟罗沙星葡萄糖注射液是一种疗效确切。

Objective:To observe the efficacy and safety of fleroxacin glucose injection. Methods:62 patients with bacterial infections in respiratory tract or urinary tract were treated with fleroxacin glucose injection administered intravenously with a dose of 0.2～0.4 g, once a day for 7～14 days. Results:The patients can well tolerate the treatment and no obvious side effect was observed. Conclusion:Fleroxacin glucose injection is an effective and safe antibacterial for treatment of bacterial infections.
