摘要
目的 建立测定 0 1%苯扎溴铵溶液含量的方法。方法 根据 0 1%苯扎溴铵溶液在 (2 5 6± 1)nm波长处有一稳定的肩峰 ,且无其它干扰 ,故采用紫外分光光度法 ,选择 (2 5 6± 1)nm为测定波长 ,以重蒸馏水为溶剂和空白 ,测定 0 1%苯扎溴铵溶液含量。结果 浓度在 0 2 5~ 1 5 g·L-1范围内吸收度呈线性关系 (r =1 0 0 0 0 ,n =6 )。其平均回收率为 99 82 % ,RSD为0 2 4 % (n =5 4 )。结论 该测定方法简单、快速、结果准确可靠 。
AIM The content of 0\^1% benzalkonium bromide solotion was detemined.METHODS 0\^1% benzalkonium bronide solotion has a steady pinnacle in (256±1) nm wavelength,even no other one disturbing,so use method of ultraviolet spectrophotometry. Selecte (256±1) nm wavelength,determin 0\^1% benzalkonium bromide solotion content and use repeating distilled water for solvent and bland. RESULTS The linear relationship between the concentration and the absorptivity was in the rang of 0\^25~1\^5 g·L -1 ( r=1\^0000, n =6).The average reconery was 99\^82% with RSD of 0\^24%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,quick and accurate,it is suitable for analysis in the pharmacy.
