摘要
在火力发电厂中 ,目前常用的恒速泵手动操作方式控制粗糙 ,不能保证冷凝器工作在最佳真空值 ,而且水泵电耗严重。研制了一种循环水泵变频调速自整定 PID模糊控制系统 ,它采用自整定PID控制器自动选择调节规律 ,确定最佳运行参数 ,从而克服了大扰动对系统的影响 ;利用模糊控制理论设计合理的切泵逻辑 ,实现了平稳切换。该系统不仅适用于火力发电厂循环水泵的控制 ,而且也可用于各类供水泵站的控制。文中详细介绍了该系统的控制算法及硬件结构等 ,最后给出了应用效果。
Normal manual operation of constant speed pumps in steam power plant is rather coarse, which can not guarantee the condenser working under the optimum vacuum condition and produces much power energy waste. A self-tuning PID-fuzzy variable frequency and variable speed (VFVS) control system for circulation pumps is developed in this paper, which adopts self-tuning PID controller to select regulation rules and operation parameters automatically, thereby eliminates the influence of great disturbance. Rational switching logic of pumps is designed with fuzzy control theory, and stable switching is implemented. The system can be used not only in the control of circulation pumps in steam power plant but also in various water supplies pumping stations. The control algorithm and hardware structure, as well as applied effects are presented in detail.
