里石门水电站整铸转轮铸造工艺研究

摘要 里石门水电站不锈钢整铸转轮尺寸小、叶片簿、叶片间隙小 ,整体结构不利于铸件的顺序凝固和补缩。通过采用合理的铸造工艺,确保了其叶片型线尺寸精度、转轮表面质量及铸件内部的致密度满足了设计要求。 The technique of stainless steel integral cast runner for Lishimen water power station is presented in this paper.Its dimensions are small,the thickness and clearance of blade are also small,therefor, the integral structure bring difficultes to progressive solidification and feeding constriction.By adopting appropriate foundry techniques,the accuracy of dimension and shape were ensured.The surface quality and in-ternal density of runner meet the requirements of design.
