摘要 生理学教学与实验中必不可少的一项内容就是观察神经细胞动作电位 ,但由于各种客观条件的限制 (实验对象、实验器材等 ) ,使得这一内容实验起来较为困难。该文利用H—H方程 ,在计算机上对神经细胞动作电位的各种特性———阈值、时间总和、空间总和、不应期、适应性等进行模拟 ,使学生看到在生理实验中不宜观察到的现象 ,从而更好地帮助学生理解和掌握有关内容。 It is necessary to observe axon action potential in teaching and experimenting of physiology. It is difficult to do, because of some objective factors (object of test, experimental materials et al). In this paper, the features of axon action potential, including threshold, temporal summation, spatial summation, refractory period and accomodation, are simulated with Hodgkin-Huxley equation. Students can see many phenomena that can't be observed in ordinary physiological experiments, study and understand much better.
