摘要
斜齿轮成形磨削加工时,根据当量齿数直齿轮修整成形砂轮精度不易保证。本文提出渐开线优化逼近的方法,使成形砂轮截形的逼近精度得到明显提高,对提高齿轮加工水平有实际意义。
When a nelial gear is under form grinding, it is not easy for form grinding wheel, if dressed by the equivalent number of teeth of spur gear, to attain the precision required by standards. In this paper, an approximaton of optimized involute is presented, thus making the profile of the form grinding wheel more accurate and having practival significance for improving the machining quality of helical gears.
